To save time and hassle of looking for a parking space, we recommend public car parks, although sometimes they can be quite expensive.

The speed limit in urban areas across Spain is typically 50 km/h (31 mph). The motorways have a maximum speed limit of 120 km/h (75 mph) and the rural roads — 90 km/h (55 mph). Even if locals tend to drive fast and jump a red light, it’s smart to avoid speeding near Malaga. A small exceeding of the limits can result in a significant fine.
